What do you like best about Awardco? I like that there are great options to choose from when selecting an item with your TruPoints. Also, I had an issue with an item I purchased, and I was able to return the item. The chat team was great. They helped me with everything that I needed and were very informative when it came to the directions on how to go about returning the item. What do you dislike about Awardco? What do you like best about Awardco? Once you understand how to use the tool, it is to search for anything you could be looking for. Notifications are up-to-date and accurate. What do you dislike about Awardco? That I can't do a general search in the manner that I am used to. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get great items from my employer that I really want.

What do you like best about Awardco? It was easy to use, the gift card I chose with my reward points came promptly via email and I was able to use it right away. What do you dislike about Awardco? I liked the whole experience. I guess the only thing would be that additional gift card choices for additional restaurants/stores would be great.
