What do you like best about Awardco? Awardco is a great tool to reward employees who go that "extra mile." What do you dislike about Awardco? Sometimes the award structure can be confusing What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not aware of any business problems

"Easy to use, fun to recognize!"
What do you like best about Awardco? Quickly finding and recognizing my coworkers in a few short clicks. What do you dislike about Awardco? Having to look up employees every time I want to recognize them, even if I did so previoulsy. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Awardco allows for immediate recognition of my coworkers. It benefits me by allowing me to acknowledge the great work they are doing.

What do you like best about Awardco? I like that I can write as much (or as little) when praising members of my team. What do you dislike about Awardco? I dislike that I didn't realize this was a perk we had until towards the end of the quarter. I would've praised more folks! What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Working remotely makes it difficult to celebrate the achievements of others but Awardco bridges that gap. I realized that a good word goes a long way.

"Great Program, easy implementation"
What do you like best about Awardco? Ease of use and selection of awards is unparalleled compared to our previous platform What do you dislike about Awardco? We are still relatively new to the platform, but haven't found any downsides yet. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Had an automatic report error on our end and they were on it immediately and assisted us in getting settings changed so we can recognize error in future

"Friendly and Responsive"
What do you like best about Awardco? It keeps track of the budgets and stat in easy-access reports. Staffs are friendly and very responsive. Implementation was smooth. What do you dislike about Awardco? Points distribution cannot fully support our reward programs. Feeds only allow to post 1 single picture and have to replace the picture for every new post you want to make. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? a platform for company to show appreciation to staffs.
