What do you like best about Awardco? I like that it had an easy to use interface, but the award selection is great too. The checkout process is simple and fast. What do you dislike about Awardco? The only recommendation would be to default the value to the amount of reward dollars remaining. The slider is a strange choice since the maximum goes beyond the awarded value. Sometimes its tough to reward certain crew memebers because their name does not show. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Its marketing sure the workers on the job are recognized for thei effort on project and this make them feel like they are making a difference

What do you like best about Awardco? Rewarding employees, ease of access to complete your reward for your employees. You do not have to go out and buy anything, purchase things and have them shipped, you simply send award points. What do you dislike about Awardco? I can't think of anything I dislike about Awardco. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee retention is a real issue for me and Awardco assists with that.

The main one is the amazon storefront, but there are also options for non-amazon gift cards, hotels/tickets, and a swag store. Have multiple options is a great in terms of employee experience. 2) Integration with Slack and reporting. We are able to promote recognition easily through both the web interface and through slack. The fact it integrates with Amazon in addition to the company branded store provides a lot of flexibility to users (employees). Everyone likes this more than our old system of a fixed rewards menu.
