What do you like best about Awardco? I think it's fun and a neat little something for the company to offer to their staff. What do you dislike about Awardco? Least helpful about awardco is the possibility of having to wait for something you like, but this also teaches patience. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows an open space for the things I can't necessarily afford just out of want.

What do you like best about Awardco? It is so easy to send a co-worker a bravo award to show them how much you appreciate their hard work. What do you dislike about Awardco? I can't think of any downside. everything seems to be fine. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps by allowing all employees to recognize others, not just management. It helps you realize you are important to others.
