"Great App"

What do you like best about Awardco? I love that you have a chance to recognize others on here and everyone can see it! What do you dislike about Awardco? I wish there was an easier way to filter recognition. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems! I love the direct connection with Amazon for our company and how easy it has been to use. No delay in delivery either which is even better!

What do you like best about Awardco? There are alot of options to claim your awards and it is easy to exchange your rewards to a prepaid visa/credit card What do you dislike about Awardco? None. I think it is good as it is but UI can be improved What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? it is easy to nominate an outstanding colleague

What do you like best about Awardco? The software allows management to award points for birthdays, anniversaries and more. It also allows users to award points to co-workers to acknowledge them. What do you dislike about Awardco? I didn't have an issue with Awardco, it works well and is intuitive. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great way to show recognition not only from your company but fellow co-workers.

What do you like best about Awardco? I think this is a great way of rewarding employees since it allows them to pick what's meaningful to them. It's a very personalized system. What do you dislike about Awardco? I dislike that you can't find any products below 11 points. And I dislike that point values change as Amazon prices change, but I guess that's to be expected! What do you like best about Awardco? Quick and easy way to be recognized and for managers to say thank you. It makes me feel appreciated and is a pleasant surprise. What do you dislike about Awardco? "Awesome Recognition Program"

What do you like best about Awardco? I like that my supervisor is able to recognize me with points that in-turn allow me to spend points on something I may want. It is a different take on just getting a small recognition award, since we are able to store up and get ourselves something for a job well done. What do you dislike about Awardco? I disliked being able to see everyone else awards as well. I do appreciate that we do not see what they received, but i personally did not like it ...

What do you like best about Awardco? I love that you can use this tool to award others when they are doing a fantastic job with either points or just recognition. What do you dislike about Awardco? Award Co is limited on the items that you can choose from. What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? More connection in within the team and the leaders. More recognition for the work that is being done.
