What do you like best about Awardco? My peers recognize me for going above & beyond & I get rewarded for it! I can also read about everyone else on my team and what they have been accomplishing! It really helps with team morale. What do you dislike about Awardco? The biggest downside I've seen is just that all items from Amazon aren't on the site. What do you like best about Awardco? The compatibility with Amazon and the opportunity to buy a large number of items. What do you dislike about Awardco? The fact that purchases could essentially only be made through Amazon. More options would be wonderful! What problems is Awardco solving and how is that benefiting you? The difficulty of rewarding people that operate in different departments in or organization. The personal benefit to ego and ability to be recognized has greatly increased.

I have had trouble maintaining an account. For instance I've reset my password 2-3 times to log on. This however, is minor and easily solved.
