"Fantastic platform with endless applications!"
What do you like best about Avoma? The ability to record all meetings so you can go back and do call coaching, review, or pick up details you may have missed the first time through. This saves time because it all happens automatically, rather than having to be aware of the process and follow several steps to achieve the desired outcome.

"Great software that helps our Sales Team"
What do you like best about Avoma? The call transcripts are key for our sales team to review conversations and the automated note taker is amazing for quick highlights regarding the meetings. Also the level of support they have is outstanding and have worked on several other tool integrations with them

"Avoma has me covered even when I forget!"
What do you like best about Avoma? I love connecting my calendar and setting rules of which calls to and not to record/join. It's summaries and action items are super helpful for quick reference. It does a good job pulling out pricing, objections and key moments in calls rather than me having to dig through 60 min transcription for those items. It isn't perfect but it saves me a lot of time by putting me in the right place!

"Awesome Product"
What do you like best about Avoma? Avoma does everything I need as a CSM and additional things I didn't even realize I needed. The product allows me to be present in calls with my customers while still adequately tracking our conversation points, passively and actively. It's the kind of tool that supports me on my worst days and empowers me on my best days, and in a pandemic, I need both. I'm a big fan of Avoma.

"Good product and customer support"
What do you like best about Avoma? The product works well, customer support is very good. They also proactively realized that their pricing was off from where the market was and lowered it on their own.
