"Avoma - Critical and Convenient"

What do you like best about Avoma? In our business, we have a lot of direct communication with our customers using both virtual calls and VOIP calls. Avoma's transcribing and smart note features make it incredibly easy for us to locate and hone in on calls when we're looking for specific stages of the call, or specific keywords/phrases.

What do you like best about Avoma? I like how easy this software is to use and the positive impact it has in our daily tasks. When we want to send a summary email after a client meeting, we can review the most relevant parts of the meeting to ensure that nothing relevant was missed.

"Really happy customer!"

What do you like best about Avoma? Ease of use and access is the primary benefit for us. Internally it has been a game changer in enabling us to ensure that folk never really "miss" a meeting or discussion. We have internal playlists for new folk to ensure they are brought up to speed quickly. In short; we are really happy with the solution.

"Didn't know I needed this!"

What do you like best about Avoma? I love the ability of not taking notes and just continue with the flow of the conversation. I think I saved valuable time by not pausing and taking notes. Also, I love going back to a call to recall certain information. This tool has been genuinly the best. In the beggining I was dubious about the whole process bit now I am all in it.
