"LOVE AVOMA"
What do you like best about Avoma? Call recording, automatic transcription, summarization of notes, etc. all make this a great tool. We look back on many calls to ensure we didn't miss something from a discovery call or from an existing client call. We also have send recordings of the videos to clients as a recap of the conversation in some cases. All around great, and nice price point too.

"Good when it works, but sometimes doesn't successfully record through Outreach."
What do you like best about Avoma? The talk to text - being able to read through calls quickly instead of listening to the whole thing is definitely a big time saver.

What do you like best about Avoma? Being able to search through a transcript for specific keywords, topics, or figures is amazing. Also the fact that that AI designates certain sections of the call as "goals, objections, pricing" etc. is very useful
