"Avoma has been amazing with training"

What do you like best about Avoma? It makes it easy for me to manage my reps when they get prospects on the phone. The note-taking ability, commenting, and tracking of key words helps me understand where my reps need the most coaching on the phone.

What do you like best about Avoma? The option to search for keywords and go to the part of the recording when that word was used, as well I like how it highlights in different colors when you discussed about pricing in green, for example.

What do you like best about Avoma? It is incredibly east to set up. Integrates very well with our workspace (Zoom, Google meeting, CRMS such as salesforce and hubspot). They have nailed every aspect of the experience.

It's been incredibly helpful for the purposes of training new team members, referring back to past conversations, and sharing as a resource post-user training sessions. Also love that we can look at the speech text and quickly know where to jump in to quickly find that part of the conversation.

"Reliable tool for corporate meetings"

What do you like best about Avoma? It's been almost an year I am using the tool for almost all my important office meetings and I must say the tool is quite a help it is not possible to take every single note of the minutes but this tool helps you to go through the entire discussion and that's how dont miss a word.

What do you like best about Avoma? Call recording, automatic transcription, summarization of notes, etc. all make this a great tool. We look back on many calls to ensure we didn't miss something from a discovery call or from an existing client call. We also have send recordings of the videos to clients as a recap of the conversation in some cases. All around great, and nice price point too.
