The customization of trigger words/phrases to indicate that a specific category is being discussed is fantastic and I'm looking forward to our team using that feature more effectively.

What do you like best about Avoma? Love being able to go back and look at my calls. I can see the percentage of talk time, create tags and automations based on verbiage, and share with my team to share success or get feedback.

What do you like best about Avoma? Huge backlog of client calls making sure you can learn from past experience and come back and review past agreements made with clients. Also to review and improve client calls and to get up to speed as a new colleague. I checked a lot of Avoma recordings and this helped me.
