What do you like best about Avoma? I like the main action items and overarching categories that Avoma can pull from each conversation. The customization of trigger words/phrases to indicate that a specific category is being discussed is fantastic and I'm looking forward to our team using that feature more effectively.

What do you like best about Avoma? Huge backlog of client calls making sure you can learn from past experience and come back and review past agreements made with clients. Also to review and improve client calls and to get up to speed as a new colleague. I checked a lot of Avoma recordings and this helped me.
