What do you like best about Avoma? What works the best are all the features you get after the recording. The transcript is super valuable for me as a product person to go rapidly through many calls. But also the coaching aspect is nice.

What do you like best about Avoma? This tool is clutch. I sometimes have 10-12 calls a day, and they tend to run together. When I write follow-ups or catch up on my day, I can log back into Avoma, re-read the conversation at a high level, and look at the tags I created during the call to help me send the right follow-up. The recording also helps me get the wording right to identify exactly what my prospect wants to accomplish from our call.
