What do you like best about Avoma? The thing that I like best about Avoma is the ability to pay attention entirely to the client during a call, and then go back and review the transcript for any follow up needed.

With Avoma, I'm empowered to have all the notes I need in written format, as well as audio (and even video), with virtually no effort by me. I love having a record of what was said in a meeting, so I don't drop the ball in my follow-up.

What do you like best about Avoma? Automatic notetaking in combination with Video/Voice recording. Very helpful to analyse calls, without the need to make notes during the meeting. I've not deeply investigated competitors. I believe we selected this tool for simplicity/ease of use
