"Great solution - I'd be lost without it"

What do you like best about Avoma? I love that it records calls and transcribes those calls. After a requirement-gathering session, it's invaluable to have this tool to listen back to requirements and search the transcription for keywords or phrases. Very helpful for delivering high-quality technical projects. It also integrates with my CRM and drops meetings/recordings in the contact/company records, which is very helpful.

What do you like best about Avoma? We chose Avoma because of their ability to listen and adjust to our requirements. We spoke to several suppliers within this area; however, no one could adjust their product as fast as Avoma has.

What do you like best about Avoma? Avoma has been awesome for call coaching + feedback. It takes notes for you during your calls so you can stay fully present on the conversation at hand. Constant improvements to their product as well as excellent customer service with a CEO who genuinely cares. Usd Gong in my last role and I'd recommend Avoma over Gong any day as far as functionality goes as well as price point.

What do you like best about Avoma? The best thing about avoma is it makes my work so much easier when I make my minutes for the meetings. I like the fact that it has the option for Audio, Video and transcript.

What do you like best about Avoma? All our sales calls are recorded on Avoma, and I love that I can access these at any time. This is super useful when I want to understand the kind of problems customers come to us with, how AEs tie these problems to core product capabilities, and any kind of concerns or questions customers might have.

What do you like best about Avoma? Most helpful thing is as I am viewing the recording, it will show me when different people in the zoom were talking. So if I just want to watch the parts where there is actual back and forth between myself and a potential prospect I can just skip right to that part.

What do you like best about Avoma? SO many things. I love that, once the appropriate connections are made, I don't have to put a lot of thought into it. It just exists in the background on all my calls and is there when I need it. It records all my calls and transcribes them! It also makes it super easy to share those call recordings with my clients. I've already converted a few clients to the tool!
