What do you like best about Avoma? Avoma is awesome for both Sales and Operational folks. As a Sales person, I can do more active listening rather than vigorously taking notes. It's also easy to refer back to call recordings and keyword searches for specific pain points, goals, objections, quotes, etc. Our Project Managers also leverage Avoma daily for note-taking and documenting tasks. You can easily share voice recording "snippets" in Slack, which makes internal and external collaboration ...

What do you like best about Avoma? The integrations with typical video conferencing tools are what's most useful for my role. Our company uses Zoom or Hangouts based on personal preference, and Avoma connects to our calls automatically without any hassle on my end (I'm sure there was some kind of setup when we initially created an Avoma account).

What do you like best about Avoma? The voice transcription feature definitely gets better with time as it's being used, and does a great job of learning the industry lingo and getting it correct with enough use. A software update made Avoma start summarizing what was said, which didn't work well for my purposes, so I reached out to customer service to ask that they disable this feature. They responded quickly and fixed the issue within 24 hours and I've been very happy with Avoma ever since.

What do you like best about Avoma? Clean, simple, and easy to use. The transcribing is really accurate and incredibly useful in a sales context, especially with the ability to search. It makes creating proposals easier knowing you're checking all the boxes and covering what was said, not just what was in an RFP document. That core functionality is solid.
