What do you like best about Avoma? What I find most helpful about Avoma is the fact that I need to take far fewer notes during calls with my clients. Avoma allows me to be present and focus on the conversation rather than taking notes.

What do you like best about Avoma? I like how fast after a meeting I get an email from Avoma with the meeting breakdown. Sometimes I am not able to make note of every important thing mentioned on my client calls, so instead of having to watch a regular call recording, I can search the email received from Avoma with keywords and re-listen to that specific part of the call.

What do you like best about Avoma? I like that it integrates very well with different areas of the tech stack e.g., Google Calendar and Zoom, and the flexibility offered in terms of settings (record all etc.) and notetaker vs record.

What do you like best about Avoma? I love that they can give me a detailed overview of client conversations. It allows me to help coach my team members on improving client communications, strategy, and their overall approach to difficult situations.

What do you like best about Avoma? Avoma is great because it so accurately transcribes what was said on client calls so I can be in the moment with my clients and make sure they truly feel heard. I can then go back and pull out exact quotes or make sure I understood them correctly.

What do you like best about Avoma? The automatic transcriptions of the calls are very helpful - especially in back-to-back meetings. It is also great to see a list of words that you may be overusing and can help adjust conversation during future calls.

What do you like best about Avoma? Having Avoma automatically recording all meetings in the background is a huge timesaver. I also love how easy Avoma makes it to scrub through meetings to see if there is anything that I need to refer back to. The AI tools, while they could use additional development, are very helpful for taking notes. Very glad to have Avoma at my disposal.
