What do you like best about Avoma? The AI used for meeting recaps and transcriptions is scary good and Avoma provides helpful stats like talk-time per participant, talk speed, filler words, and more.

What do you like best about Avoma? Prior to being introduced to Avoma, I was familiar with FireFly...I think Avoma truly does a lot of things better. Love how quickly and accurately transcripts becomes available and the ability to search through my calls for keywords. The post call summary/highlights sent via email are fairly accurate and useful enough to bring me up to speed on a call I missed, quickly. Love being able to share call recordings pretty seemlessly amonst my team.

The support we've received from their customer success team has been fantastic; the smart keywords and trigger phrase functionality have been a great way for us to evaluate how our meetings are going and save us time during call reviews.
