"Avoma is a gamechanger"
What do you like best about Avoma? A lot of call transcription tools aren't geared towards my function (Customer Success) - but Avoma is different. It makes it easy for me to focus on and engage with the customer during our calls. I'm not distracted by note-taking - and when I do take notes (and inevitably find that there's at least one note that means nothing to me after the fact), I'm able to immediately contextualize it in Avoma.

What do you like best about Avoma? The feature of being able to create keyword to have the platform specifically track. It allows us to find areas of opportunity in our cross sell/up sell endevours.

What do you like best about Avoma? Avoma is like my personal assistant. It is great to be able to rely on Avoma while I'm on calls so I can be more present without worrying that I'll miss writing something down. The share feature is incredibly helpful as well for internal and external alignment.
