"Avachado is making communication easier between my customers and I. "

What do you like best? I enjoy all of the options I have in using Avachado. I am able to modify the program to best fit what my company needs to use it for. It it also very easy to navigate. Even people who do not have the most experience with computers or technology in general can figure out how to use this system quickly. What do you dislike? I do not dislike much. I would say that the notifications were a bit of a struggle for my company. The way we are utilizing this program requires us ...

"Avochato very helpful in connecting with all our technicians easily and quickly"

What do you like best about Avochato? Upside is that we can text a group of technicians all at once. It also provides a log of any tech that has been reached out to. I utilize the call feature a lot as well. What do you dislike about Avochato? The phone app isn't as user friendly as needed. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows quick access and logging of texts and calls.

What do you like best about Avochato? The broadcast feature is by far the best feature. It's super easy to send texts to a specific group of people. What do you dislike about Avochato? Anything that I had an issue with has been resolved since we started with Avochato. I was even a beta tester for the new version of the app...which was one of my issues before this new version was released...I didn't like that it was not the full version. Now, it's all fixed! "Very helpful communication tool "

What do you like best about Avochato? The best thing is the ease of use. I don’t have a lot of time to learn a new system and the rep plus the on screen help has been invaluable. What do you dislike about Avochato? I wish we had more messages to use at the lower levels or that inbound text won’t count against our numbers. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? I’m able to get on the spot Intel that would bormally require multiple calls and emails.

What do you like best about Avochato? Avochato makes it easy to store contacts and send mass texts out to your customers. They provide a nice preview of the message as well. What do you dislike about Avochato? The UX/UI needs improvement, but you get what you pay for. What do you like best about Avochato? The chats come in very fast and the search by keyword is huge when re-engaging past customers What do you dislike about Avochato? No more zooming in for pictures is not good. Tags can be tough to delete if not an admin. Need more tools for non admin people.
