What do you like best about Avochato? Responses from customers using text messages is much faster than email or voice mail responses. What do you dislike about Avochato? Integration capabilities into CRM systems (in our case HelpScout) would be the coup des gras What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? customer information exchange in a rapid fashion. Guests are telling us they love the text messaging inquisition, follow up, and gratitude from our customer service team.

"Staffing Coordinator"

What do you like best about Avochato? There is no toggle on messages and there are options for endless tags. What do you dislike about Avochato? I wish it would give the option to sort the received messages better. I have expressed this already. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to mass text our temps that pick up shifts with us instantly and we love that the phone number attached to ours forwards to our 800#.

What do you like best about Avochato? Having the ability to stay connected multiple ways with stakeholders, with tool and support to grow our network. What do you dislike about Avochato? That there are not more references to help with decision to purchase the services, but that's because the company is still small. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability for us to stay connected and network under one platform.

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to use and gives u great customer engagement. Really happy with the turn out and the participation with it. Easy to use What do you dislike?
