What do you like best about Avochato? The dashboard is great tool that we use daily to communicate effectively with our staff and the patrons in our facility. What do you dislike about Avochato? I'm not a huge fan of the fact that when people use the number as a traditional phone and call it, that the system takes a voicemail, most of the time that is difficult to use, but that is more of an error on the side of the patron. What do you like best about Avochato? it's one of the best ways to have my business communicate with our providers and customers. they have a very efficient and fast-responsive customer support. "Great Chat System For Startups!"
What do you like best? Ease of use and the ability to set auto replies. What do you dislike? Obtaining customer service surveys is a little difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reducing number of phone calls and having customers utilize chat more. As a startup, the easier the communication path, the better!

"Avochato Has Greatly Improved Customer Service"
What do you like best about Avochato? I love that you can have canned responses so it makes responding to text messages a lot easier. It's very easy to tell what messages are new vs. ones that have already been replied too. They also have a customer service survey at the end for customers to respond to.
