"Solid service"

What do you like best about Avochato? Excellent customer support. Relatively simple interface that does everything we need it to do. Great price point. What do you dislike about Avochato? Still an early-stage product, and has some features missing. (For instance, have to record a voicemail greeting on your own software, then upload as .mp3 file.) Avochato has building room for more advanced features and leaves some things to be desired in flexibility of platform What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Avochato? The interface is easy to use. It is easy to set up and train employees on its use. What do you dislike about Avochato? There could be more sort options, such as sorting by date. It is obvious that Avochato is working on the analytics/reporting, but it's not all working yet. There needs to be more ability to let team members do some things (such as adding canned responses themselves) without going through the admin. Right now, the only way to give them ...

"New to the concept but super excited to see where it takes us"

What do you like best? Ease of access and being able to answer from iphone or laptop. What do you dislike? Too many emails/notifications that go unanswered, without being assigned first, because we are a large group. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems yet and reaching our customers immediately through broadcasts have been a great benefit.
