"Amazing Tech!"

What do you like best about Avochato? The software is super slick and very reliable. The speed and ease of setting up a campaign and importing large CSV files is top notch. The CRM data is auto-populated and works flawless. The best part is how quickly Avochato customer service replies to requests and helps out. What do you dislike about Avochato? "Avochato review."

What do you like best about Avochato? I like the fact that Avochato integrates with Slack so that I get instant notification even if I'm not logged into Avochato at the time. I also like the ability to create canned responses templates which really speeds up customer request processing which in turn helps improve overall customer service. What do you like best? I like the fact that you are reaching clients all at once and in a way that is most convenient and likely the easiest way for clients to respond. What do you dislike? Frankly I haven't really come across anything I didn't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I enjoy being able to reach out to a mass of people at the same time. This method also seems convenient and I seem to get a better response because everyone is texting.

"Does the job"

What do you like best about Avochato? Able to schedule bulk broadcasts. Does not require opt-in of contacts to send to. What do you dislike about Avochato? Nothing. So far all features have worked as expected. What problems is Avochato solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to reach out directly to clients and keep them updated on new offerings.

"Avochato is easy to use and very flexible!"

What do you like best about Avochato? I love that I can communicate with customers and stakeholders through phone calls and texts, and my entire team can see the interactions with each person. Assigning technicians to each conversation, setting statuses, and being able to send mass communications has been a huge help for us. What do you dislike about Avochato? What do you like best about Avochato? We like that we can integrate with our CRM and that we can include the widget on our website and double as a chat service. We have yet to implement either, but will be doing so very soon! What do you dislike about Avochato? It would be great if the mobile app included more features that the desktop version does.
