What do you like best? I like that Avaza allows you to control all aspects of your business from a centralised productivity hub. Very robust project management tool. Ideal for small businesses and virtual teams.
What do you like best? My favorite part of Avaza is the feature that allows you to time yourself doing a specific task. What do you dislike? It would be nice if Avaza included invoicing. I don't like having to use a separate application for that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Avaza has allowed to collaborate effectively on a virtual team. It keeps everything organized in one place.

Simple and Useful
What do you like best? Easy to navigate and assign tasks. The quick-task feature is really useful. I am currently beta-testing this to implement in our device lab. What do you dislike?
