I use Avature on a daily basis for our ATS and our Campus and Events portal.

What do you like best? I love that Avature allows users to customize the ATS based on user need. With Avature, each member of my team has the ability to build custom reports for our recruitment needs and can modify/remove fields as needed. What do you like best? Dropbox functionality means we can upload CVs and populate the fields of a candidates record with ease. Similarly importing candidates from LinkedIn via 'Import Link' is great. What do you dislike? That you can't edit documents once they have been saved to the system. What do you like best? We are able to make changes quickly, users and administrators love it. What do you dislike? Some of the development/implementation is slow (portals/reports etc) Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep it simple and do it well.
