What do you like best about Avalara? how it stores all info on the cloud and how it pulls the data from the cloud as well What do you dislike about Avalara?

"One of few choices for tax software"
What do you like best about Avalara? I like the fact that daily users do not have the ability to override customer taxability as with our previous software. The system looks for an active exempt certificate and if none is on file will tax the transaction. I also like that they system looks at the line item to determine if that item is taxable or not.

What do you like best about Avalara? AvaTax helped us with our Ecomm. When we started the project, they were very helpful to us and guided us thru the implementation of the sales tax in the whole US of A. The customer service is great too.

What do you like best about Avalara? Avalara accurately and reliably filed sales tax returns to multiple states. There systems captured our sales activity and the reporting capability from their systems is good.

"Good product to relieve sales tax burden"
What do you like best about Avalara? The support team was great during implementation and laid out the steps clearly. UI was fairly good and intuitive. The product itself is great for taking the sales tax burden of calculation and filing off your hands.
