What do you like best about Avalara? I like using Avalara, and having the peace of mind of knowing for sure that any tax question I have is handled professionally and quickly. I would like to see more aggressive and competitive pricing for services compared to Avalara's competitors, however.

What do you like best about Avalara? The ease of reviewing/approving the monthly returns as well as adding new nexus jurisdictions when needed. The assistance provided with the SST process was top notch!
