What do you like best about Avalara? Our eCommerce platform lacked the ability to properly calculate sales tax. We are a NC corporation where each county has different tax brackets therefore setting up a straight sales tax value for reporting purposes wasn't an option. There were 2 plug-ins available and even though the other one was less expensive we decided to go with Avalara because it seemed to handle the multi-county tax better without any interaction from us.

What do you like best about Avalara? Avalara is a very comprehensive product. Sales tax is quite complicated in the United States, and Avalara does a great job keeping everything organized and up to date. It is easy to change settings and configurations. Avalara has great educational resources and webinars. I have a high level of trust in the sales tax calculations.

What do you like best about Avalara? Avalara ensures state and local taxes on applicable sales are taxed at appropriate rates and in the proper jurisdictions. This would be a highly burdensome task to have in-house, making Avalara a valuable asset to any company that may be impacted by SALT.

What do you like best about Avalara? The best part about the Avalara experience is the customer service. Whenever I have called or Chatted with them they do everything in there power to help resolve the issue. and if they cant they do a wonderful job submitting a case on your behalf. I really like that.
