What do you like best about Avalara? We are currently in the process of implementing Avalara to be used with our billing system. Every situation or problem we have encountered in the past appears to be solved with the Avalara system. The Avalara team does a good job of making sure they understand our needs and they quickly find solutions for us.

What do you like best about Avalara? Accessibility of experts at the company and overall responsiveness to customer requests. They seek out and value customer input. I like the overall company image and communicated trajectory. The tax engine performs well and accurately for complex tax logic.

"Good product; sometimes slow customer service"
What do you like best about Avalara? We rely on Avalara to keep up with all the federal, state and local sales tax changes in the telecommunications industry. We could not possibly do it on our own.

"Great for managing multiple companies and states"
What do you like best about Avalara? Avalara has been great for managing our returns in multiple companies and multiple states. Easy to navigate within the system to review transactions, returns and payments. The notifications for states that may trip nexus requirements is also very useful so we know when to register and activate sales tax filings. The support group has also been key when questions come up or to talk through renewal of services and best practices for using the system.

"Easily Manage Sales Taxes"
What do you like best about Avalara? We've been using the Avatax connector for our website for years which is a great tool for quick and accurate sales tax calculations. When we needed to add more jurisdictions for sales tax reporting requirements we were able to easily add multiple states for sales tax rates and file quarterly returns through the Avalara portal. This has saved a lot of time and money over manually filing returns.
