What do you like best about Avalara? Avalara makes auditing our taxes very easy. We used to have to manually calculate the tax for our customers which was a pain and there were times that we may not know that it was exactly correct. Avalara takes that pain away and gives us 100% confidence that we are taxing our customers correctly.

What do you like best about Avalara? The biggest benefit we get from Avalara is the time it saves us on sales tax calculations for different states and localities. It's also been very helpful to have Avalara file sales tax returns in any new states that we register with due to the economic nexus requirements. Each state's forms are a little different and having Avalara file takes the guesswork out of it.
