What do you like best about Avalara? I started with Avalara at a former company and they were extremely helpful in getting set up. Fast forward to my current company where I started using TTR (now part of Avalara) for research and tax rates. Their research tool in the telecom area is fantastic! But the best part is checking the sales or use tax rate at the "rooftop" level. You can even put in a latitude and longitude to get the exact spot! Zip codes which are used by most other sources just ...

What do you like best about Avalara? The certainty of taxes being correctly determined. As long as the inputs are correct, the tax is almost certainly correct as well.
