Great product, untrustworthy company.

What do you like best? The tool itself is pretty awesome and it has a lot of unique features like Segment integration and unique services like Lob to send postcards. What do you like best? credible customer service, and any idea that you wish to trend around the market is fully supported by the team. What do you dislike? sometimes it seems to be slow in that pages can take up to half an hour to load. Unfortunately Platform is Glitchy, Cancelation is a nightmare!

If you have only a few emails then this may work for you. Unfortunately when you manage thousands of emails the platform become glitchy. The deliverability of emails is also an issue. Towards the end we only had a 8.8 Open rate which is horrible. As soon as we switched platforms our open rate improved. Excellent Automation Product at a Terrific Price Point for Introductory Users

What do you like best? The journey-builder is the definite highlight of Autopilot for us. Journeys are easy and intuitive to build, but have a large list of options for both triggers, conditions, and actions. Lead-tracking, analytics and email studio are all great features, but the journey-builder is the real highlight. What do you like best? Autopilot has been a great asset to the Marketing department. It has allowed us to make a proper follow-up to our most relevant contacts. Since implemented, the benefits we got from it has been notable. It comes with several tools and features included. Effective and visual. A software that does the job of a marketing team.

What do you like best? I'm a visual person so being able to set shapes out in a format that tells a story or is a journey paints a clear picture of the outcome I am trying to achieve. The user can then verify this plan via shit hot customer service chat, or submit it for a full review.
