Excellent as it is, but could use some additional features
What do you like best? For such an inexpensive tool, Autopilot really punches above its weight. Being able to send email, SMS, and even postcards is pretty snazzy, but I think the most amazing thing is that it integrates into Salesforce. The UX is very good and makes deployment of automation quick and easy. What do you dislike? Not too much. It would be nice to have lead scoring, but a lot of marketers don't implement it properly, so not that big of a deal. Recommendations to ...

Fantastic. Just fantastic.
What do you like best? Amazing UX. Autopilot is simple to use and extremely feature rich. And the team is adding more functionality all the time, further stretching your dollars on any size plan. Seriously what this product offers would have saved me loads of money had I been able to invest in a complicated system that would have cost me hundreds per month before I found Autopilot. What do you dislike? Sometimes its a little hard to wrap my mind around exactly what I'm doing when ...

Great Product, easy to use. So glad we went with AP
What do you like best? Whenever I have a question or need help in any way, their customer service is always ready to help and quick in answering my concerns. When I was just starting out, I was confused with how to get started and they guys at AP even went in and created my Journey for me, explaining step by step how why they did what they did. So helpful and one of the best services I've used for email marketing. What do you dislike? I wasn't very sure of it in the beginning- I was ...

Product is great. Customer service is stellar.
What do you like best? It was one of the only email marketing programs, I could log into and start building without being lost. However, the customer service stands alone. Not only are there tutorials but someone is at the touch of a keyboard to walk you through what you need to know or review your campaign. And the developers actually listen when you suggest new features or improvements - thanks for a/b testing! And the price. What do you dislike? This seems like a solution for a ...

Amazing Technology / Amazing Support / Endless Possibilities
What do you like best? Visual layout - and so very simple to use - it's so much more than I ever expected, and I'm still thinking of a myriad of ways to use it to build business and engage customers unlike anything I've ever seen or used before. When combined with integrated technologies - you'll be able to engage prospects in customers in ways you can't imagine Support is absolutely amazing. What do you dislike? Autopilot is very reasonably priced - especially now when my list size ...

Just right" marketing automation
What do you like best? I'd been searching for ages for a simple way to implement sophisticated lead nurturing without having to invest in those expensive marketing automation platforms bloated with features I don't need or want (you know who you are!. The folks at Autopilot have nailed it. There's clearly been a lot of love poured into the product design to keep it simple and focused - the drag and drop interface for designing user journeys is killer and each week I see enhancements ...
