Great simplified marketing automation

What do you like best? I like how easy the automation builder is to use. Their guides and presets are an excellent way to get into marketing automation as well. I think and organize sales processes visually. If you're able to work in flow charts or like sketching out customer journeys, then this will be a great product for you. I was able to jump right in to creating automation campaigns. What do you dislike? Not as robust as some of the other more specialized tools such as Pardot. My ...

Cost effective feature rich marketing tool

What do you like best? It is simple to create 'journeys' or workflows. It is laid out is diagram fashion and easy to select triggers, actions etc to create elaborate workflows. What do you dislike? There is no central hub to house emails. You can't just load a bunch of emails or manage all your emails in one place. When creating a journey you select the email and it does store all the one you created so you can reuse them, but it would be nice if you could view / edit in one central ...

Remarkable

What do you like best? Gorgeous UI, powerful and perfectly priced, great for startups that need marketing automation but can't afford annual contracts and implementation fees. What do you dislike? Missing some basic variable operators and campaign triggers. Support can be less than great if you have technical issues. Recommendations to others considering the product If you need more than what Mailchimp offers, get Autopilot. If you want HubSpot but can't afford it, get Autopilot. ...

Auto Pilot

What do you like best? I love that AutoPilot is automating about 75% of my outreach, so I'm able to get so much more done in less time! What do you dislike? No far, none! Other than the one time it randomly changed an emai lI input to something autopilot generated, I have not had any issues! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are utilizing man power in better ways since we are able to automate so much of our follow ups!

Great software

What do you like best? I like the visual part of settting up a sequence of emails and how easy it is to drag and drop the icons to create a sequence as well as how easy it is to track and see data on how the sequence is working. What do you dislike? I wish that it had more pricing tiers than they currently have. Recommendations to others considering the product buy it, it is great! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? automated ...

Good service, easy platform, excited to continue use

What do you like best? Easy to use and find answers on things that you are unsure of. The journeys are self explainable, and the chance to test them creates a great relief because you know what you'll be sending out. It's a great way to monitor, track, and rate the contacts and leads that you put into the software. What do you dislike? Can easily become unorganized making it difficult to find things - only one newsletter template. Unless you know HTML/CSS, it can be very difficult to ...

Very customizable marketing automation platform

What do you like best? You can track and measure every action happening on your website or product, and use it to create highly personalized and practically limitless marketing automation flows. It brings together everything from form tracking, custom lead scoring, CRM, email marketing automation and lead nurturing. The heads-up popups are also a plus. What do you dislike? The UI could have been more friendly. It feels like some elements (like the email or notifications templates ...

Still too glitchy and limited in features

What do you like best? Interesting attempt at new way to connect forms What do you dislike? It is very glitchy. Pages don't always load or are slow. The journey concept makes it hard to organize. It lacks basic features such as attaching pdf to emails, being able to send an email out of your CRM. It's still a startup and it shows. Recommendations to others considering the product Choose a different vendor. Autopilot is slow and glitchy and lacks basic features. What business ...
