What do you like best? So easy to use + amazing customer service. It has such robust capabilities for things I hadn't even thought to be doing. What do you dislike? The email editor has a few snags but not a big deal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The journey canvas is easy to start with, but once you start you can see how powerful it really can be - got some pretty big journeys going now.
