Great visual interface.

What do you like best? Autopilot has a very easy to use interface utilizing blocks as different triggers, actions and conditions. We moved from a very expensive marketing automation software to Autopilot and have found much more success in autopilot. The integrations available native to autopilot are also very well built out. Improved customer contact numbers

What do you like best? -Once we started using autopilot, # of leads from website increased from about 3 to 20. They actually lead to orders. -Can make journeys to automatically send emails to the customer once opened, or different email if not opened. -Can personalize for returning customers What do you dislike? Simple, Smart, Effective

What do you like best? The Journey builder is great. I've been able to easily configure my user-journeys and setup really smart looking campaigns. What do you dislike? I would like to see only emails relating to just the journey I'm building at the time... if you have multiple journeys or whatnot, it quickly gets unwieldy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating user onboarding, Automating renewal processes

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create a campaign (after set up. What do you dislike? Better tutorials and faster response to questions would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product See above. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I highly recommend this software to everyone

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The price of Autopilot HQ per year is really amazing, you get all features by the price of $48 per year, sounds unbelievable, but yes, it is true. Next, I love the journey builder, creating them is really simple. We combine the journey builder with MailLift’s handwritten letters to send personal notes to our new customers. What do you like best? Drag and drop journey building for non-developers. What do you dislike? You will need a developer if you want to get more complex. But that's the same with every product. Incredible automation at a fraction of the price

What do you like best? The ability to draw automation like a flow chart. (White board your journeys What do you dislike? No liquid markup. Amazing product but with room for improvement.

What do you like best? Autopilot is very easy to use and allows you to create complex sales and marketing funnels through it's journey builder. Another excellent tool is the ability to pull in information from web forms using a simple line of javascript so no redo of forms on your website and html code. to style. What do you dislike?
