PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The software is not complicated at all, it is very useful and easy to use. You have simple user journey design and helps you to design the logic, easy to combine with our present CRM system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? My Favorite Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best? Allows us to do everything we need. We can setup complex customer journeys quickly, and with confidence. The ability to automatically attach to an HTML form and make it functional saves a lot of time and allows us to insert complex forms anywhere without needing to have a separate form submission database. Robust product that continues to deliver value
What do you like best? After scoping out the competition, we selected autopilot because it satisfied out initial email automation needs but offered a range of features and functionality that I knew we could use down the road for future initiatives. Great solution/company that fits our needs perfectly
What do you like best? When searching for the right marketing automation solution for our company, we had a few criteria that were hard to find all-in-one. Journeys are very helpful tool, you only need to use drag-and-drop Actions and Triggers to organize the entire advertising campaign in one single canvas.
