What do you like best? Very intuitive to use which makes creating journeys a breeze. Has native support for a bunch of software solutions out there such as Twilio and Salesforce. Pricing is fair for the features that they offer. API documentation is very good which makes it easy to integrate Autopilot into pretty much anything. What do you dislike? Powerful and easy to use software.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First, I was amazed how the customer support team was helpful, they helped us to transit all our data from our previous system to the Autopilot system. The software itself is easy to use, intuitive and visual. The automation itself is wonderful. I love the combinations with Salesforce and Slack. After all, their postcard feature is extraordinary. Sophisticated and excellent product. Worth every penny
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Make your journeys visual with simply drag-and-drop steps. Intuitive software and easy to use. The support team is responsible, whenever I have problem in using the software I get quick response in less than 5min. I get updates and new features all the time. What do you like best? Flexibility of the tool and integrations with other best in class tools. What do you dislike? Email management is cumbersome and some reporting leaves a little to be desired. Autopilot is an average email marketing tool
What do you like best? Autopilot has easy functionality for building email campaigns which they call "Journeys". It is also easy to upload contacts and to create smart segments. What do you dislike? One major downside to Autopilot is that you cannot track replies to emails. You also cannot open multiple tabs within autopilot. There is no right click functionality on anything. What do you like best? There are so many great features and it's very customizable based on the needs of your organization. What do you dislike? There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
