Amazing email marketing platform and extremely easy to use

What do you like best? The Autopilot email platform is very intuitive to use for campaign based emails and marketing automation. It also integrates with a number of other platforms which is great. Throughout the campaign we ran I had a number of questions which the Autopilot Support team were to assist with via their live chat and also provided great solution advice and multiple options. Overly complicated.

What do you like best? Can send beautifully presented mass marketing materials. What do you dislike? Overly complicated interface, everything needs to be such a long process of creating visual widgets. Would be much more simple if you could just press send. Customer service is lacking, can take 2-3 days to get answers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It does allow for mass communication quickly.

What do you like best? Autopilot is one of the greatest tools for marketing automation available today. It's very simple but very powerfull. The interface to create "journeys" is user friendly and allow you to customize the entire automation, creating new triggers and actions with just a few clicks and drags. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how easy it is to segment my customers into different journeys. I also really like that they allow you to send emails or text messages. My product requires both text message and email automation. What do you dislike? I wish they made it easier to edit a user's profile inside of the profile view.
