What do you like best? Autopilot provides the flexibility of being able to use multiple integrations to create the ultimate automation for our company. What do you dislike? There have been a few product features I would recommend for user functionality and it can be super complex, so learning the right and most efficient ways to set up journeys has been a learning curve, but a good issue to have. The service sells it!
What do you like best? Since I'm not the most tech-savvy person in the world, I get nervous with new software. The kind and patient support staff has been amazing! What do you dislike? Some of the interfaces are tough to figure out. It's not always easy to figure out what's the next step in completing a journey What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consistent communication with customers is easier to set up with Autopilot.

A great system that enhances service for our clients
What do you like best? The ability to tailor client communications based on specific needs. Autopilot compares well to its competitors. What do you dislike? Access to 3rd party experts. To their credit, Autopilot have recognised they need to train 3rd party consultants who can optimise the way Autopilot is used by their clients. Really Awesome Platform, Still Some Room to Grow
What do you like best? The Journeys builder is certainly the reason to purchase AutoPilot. It's very intuitive and to say that it's robust or flexible doesn't really do the description justice. Especially if you are also using a CRM product like SalesForce - or in my case, PipeDrive - the integration is seamless and as reliable as if it were the same platform. Autopilot is a great tool for newsletter and semi-cold email. The sequences are great and very easy.
What do you like best? The user interface is really intuitive. I really like all the integrations! What do you dislike? I wish it had the capacity to handle cold email. It would be fantastic for that! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to use it for our partner adding efforts, but to many emails ended up in spam folders. We had opt in permission, but the content, by it's very nature sounded very spam-y, and as ...

Ticks a lot of boxes! Great UI and easy to set up and get started
What do you like best? Anyone can create a basic email template in minutes and set up a journey with minimum training. I think that is one of the Autopilot's strongest selling point. The dashboard is easy on the eyes, not cluttered, but displays all relevant information in one screen. What do you dislike? The only downside I see is that maybe the HTML code that is generated by the email templates contain unnecessary code making the email size bigger than needed. The Advanced editor ...

What do you like best? It easy to use. Lots of functions. Integrates with lots of platforms. Great customer support. What do you dislike? Seems to have issues with Facebook integration at times. User friendly automation tool with great potentials
What do you like best? 1. Great UI design - other automation platforms I've used can seem boring and "intimidating" sometimes. The shapes and the presentation of the flowcharts are nice. 2. Great service for those not super tech savvy, but hard to test things as a developer.
What do you like best? It's the ability to connect all the various services (like Segment, etc. and put together a journey. It's just genius. I love the UI for this. What do you dislike? Testing heads up messages were difficult. After closing a message as a user, it gets cached and never displays again. What do you like best? The journey builder built into Autopilot is the easiest and nicest journey planner I have ever used. Drag and drop, make the connections, and you're ready to go. A huge selection of options makes setting up new journeys a breeze What do you dislike? The management of emails across campaigns is challenging to say the least.
