Great Intuitive Software

What do you like best? The Power of the software is great, but the UI makes it super easy to use. Connecting other accounts is super easy. It has great connections like twilio, mailchimp, facebook ads, and many others. It was quick to get going and the price is right. What do you dislike? I wish it connected to HubSpot natively. Zapier works good, but it would have been easier to use a direct connection. Recommendations to others considering the product It is super powerful and ...

Really Awesome Platform, Still Some Room to Grow

What do you like best? The Journeys builder is certainly the reason to purchase AutoPilot. It's very intuitive and to say that it's robust or flexible doesn't really do the description justice. Especially if you are also using a CRM product like SalesForce - or in my case, PipeDrive - the integration is seamless and as reliable as if it were the same platform. In fact, there are some things that I can't accomplish with PipeDrive that I was able to do with AutoPilot integration. ...

A great system that enhances service for our clients

What do you like best? The ability to tailor client communications based on specific needs. Autopilot compares well to its competitors. What do you dislike? Access to 3rd party experts. To their credit, Autopilot have recognised they need to train 3rd party consultants who can optimise the way Autopilot is used by their clients. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly client service communications

The service sells it!

What do you like best? Since I'm not the most tech-savvy person in the world, I get nervous with new software. The kind and patient support staff has been amazing! What do you dislike? Some of the interfaces are tough to figure out. It's not always easy to figure out what's the next step in completing a journey What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consistent communication with customers is easier to set up with Autopilot.

Powerful and easy marketing automation

What do you like best? The ease of use with this platform is great. It really makes the whole process of building sales funnels easy. Also their pricing structure is affordable for all levels. Building automation sequences are so easy with the visual builder, just drag and drop. What do you dislike? To be honest, no allot. they are constantly improving and adding integrations to the platform. If i was being critical i would like to see some more feature on the email builder, but that ...

Easy to use, intuitive, and EXCELLENT customer service

What do you like best? Autopilot is pretty seamless and intuitive to use and their customer service is truly amazing. They've guided me through many setups and been so incredibly helpful. What do you dislike? It can be a little tricky to figure out at first, and it's not as 'pretty' as other platforms - but it works really well and they always answer my questions super fast. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it ...

One of the Best Bangs for Your Buck Marketing Automation Tools

What do you like best? The fact that Autopilot HQ had the salesforce integration was a big draw for us. We were using Pardot previously which had a cost 3X of AP with less functionality. The AP script which automatically tracks data entered into forms made a world of difference than trying to find vendors that were compatible with our previous tool. The journey builder is also very simple to use and understand. Customer support was also amazing. What do you dislike? **Disclaimer** I"m ...

Autopilot is the Bomb (.com)

What do you like best? Focus on integrations to maximize what you can actually DO to engage customers. Autopilot is basically a visual coding platform. What do you dislike? They don’t have enough money yet. These people get it. Give them money so they can hire more devs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We run our entire ops/sales/and marketing through autopilot. It has saved us thouuuuusands of dev hours.

If you are serious about marketing automation, this one needs a serious consideration

What do you like best? The workflow design at autopilot is the best (and I have migrated from drip so I know what I am talking about. This one is far better. The ability to visually design with conditional logic and integrate with other applications, especially CRMs makes it a worthwhile investment in time What do you dislike? Honestly, I cannot think of any. A couple of times I was stuck at different places and I came close to disliking but their support is virtually round the clock ...
