What do you like best? Was quick to setup with Salesforce, and pretty quick learning curve. What do you dislike? I would more and better control over the salesforce leads/contact synchronization. pretty decent tool

What do you like best? easy to use, great support, online chat is really helpful. syncing with salesforce is super helpful to our company. What do you dislike? interface a bit confusing, not intuitive to know where to go What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? using for mass campaigns...not having to do manually via salesforce.

Great automation tool

What do you like best? I love Autopilot. We are a small company and, at first, we were a bit overwhelmed by it all as there are just so many functions. In fact, we watched the welcome video and nearly didn’t sign- up as it just seemed too complex! But their live chat is incredible and have been with us every single step of the way. What do you like best? AutoPilot has been a pleasant experience for us, in comparison to using other Email Automation programs including Mailchimp, SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign. For us, 2 features work particularly well - the Email Builder is excellent, and the Pipedrive integration is a time saver. What do you like best? The fact that Autopilot HQ had the salesforce integration was a big draw for us. We were using Pardot previously which had a cost 3X of AP with less functionality. The AP script which automatically tracks data entered into forms made a world of difference than trying to find vendors that were compatible with our previous tool.
