Everything you need for Omni-Channel Marketing Campagins
What do you like best? Journey mapping is made extremely easy. Many first party integrations are available to create omnichannel marketing campaigns. CRM Integration is robust if done properly. Having the ability to sync Facebook, email, sms, ppc and other channels all in one channel makes my life easier. Easy to use and beyond email
What do you like best? Very easy drag and drop logic, but what I really love are all the different integrations they have with google, twilio, etc. Makes it way more powerful than just an email tool. What do you dislike? Sometimes the other integrations don’t work and it’s tricky to find why. Also wish there was a mobile app or for autopilot to be mobile friendly. Best mailing software - if you're looking to deliver results, and not fight with the software.
What do you like best? The UI is organised in a way that allows you to logically create the journeys. When you show them to your colleagues, you don't have to do much explaining, since it is visually presented in an awesome way. Perfect for AB testing and making your campaigns something more. What do you dislike? Takes a moment to get into it (some traps with the shapes and triggers which work in specific way - but if you dig into KB and talk with their support, you can overcome it. ...

What do you like best? I love the breadth of options covered by Autopilot (e.g., email, SMS, Heads Up, Pipedrive integration and more. And I also like how easy it is to visualize and use customer journeys. What do you dislike? I wish they had a better email editor (especially an HTML view, since various spam checking tools, e.g., GlockApps, find issues with the HTML generated by their editor. Great value for a great marketing automation platform
What do you like best? Setting up customer journeys is easier in Autopilot than in any of the other marketing automation platforms that I have used. Add that to the fact that there are so many integrations, as well as the ability to use Zapier, and you have a really solid platform here that keeps getting better. Amazing Journey Experience
What do you like best? I find it really easy to create an email journey on Autopilot. There was a time I had a bad experience, where emails in one of my journeys weren't delivering. I reached out to the customer support and they were so quick to help me gain insight into the problem. Apparently, I had made some mistakes.
