A must if you're using Pipedrive

What do you like best? Simplicity in adding functions to each journey. What do you dislike? I can see that AP is a work in progress and sometimes integration with CRM doesn't perform at the best, but the customer care always helped me in fixing issues. What I would like to see more is the learning that AP development team can bring from client feedbacks. Excellent CRM and Automation Tool
What do you like best? Autopilot is fantastic because of its Journeys feature. It allows you to automate and create complex paths for your new leads/prospects to take. It allows for sophisticated out clauses based on contact actions, SMS notifications, integrations into slack to keep you on top of your prospects. Its wonderful. What do you dislike?
