Best automation tool I've ever used

What do you like best? The collaborative ability and visual layout. Simple Salesforce integration. What do you dislike? The email design tool could be a bit better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborating with a team in another country. Organizing journeys made a huge difference in site traffic.

What do you like best? The UI. After using Marketo, Autopilot's UI is a breath of fresh air. What do you dislike? While the ability to add HTML templates is a boon, they have some limitations. Despite repeated requests, you have no way to view HTML emails in a browser window like MailChimp, plus when templates exceed a certain size, Autopilot acts buggy and templates refuse to save. What do you like best? It's very easy to create a customer journey based on different actions. Great product - you just need to know how to use it!

What do you like best? I like the visual canvas where you set up your journeys and the freedom of creativity it allows. The other apps it connects to make the options for personalising comms journeys endless. It can be complicated at first, but after some training it's amazing.

What do you like best? Customer service is second to none, after changes in the business I took over all marketing responsibilities and had not been privy to Autopilot at all. Avni Nanabhai was the most incredible and patient trainer. Now that I have the hang of it, it's an incredible tool. What do you like best? Customer Support. Highly knowledgeable, and always helpful and been available to help me with every kind of question and scenario, both during and outside of my businesses hours. Software Journeys are really intuitive to design with the drag and drop editor.
