What do you like best? The process of getting the product is made easier and straight, making it possible for all the prospective users to obtain it. Great, cost-effective solution for SMB

What do you like best? Getting set up and running with Autopilot was straightforward and the templates were very helpful. We had no marketing automation solution prior, so it was a major improvement over static email services. What do you dislike? I can't think of any specific things to dislike other than known areas for improvement on their roadmap. For example there is room for improvement in the UX of the email editor, but that is already known to the AP folks and on their roadmap. ...

What do you like best? Autopilot is very intuitive to use and has a great journey builder that makes my life easier. Their customer service is amazing and they are always very helpful. What do you dislike? The live option is great, but it's very confusing not to know what the numbers really mean. this needs to be perfected to give us a clearer view of how the process is flowing. What do you like best? Autopilot is so much simpler than other marketing automation systems. It's very easy to create, review and keep track of the automated journeys you have going. Unlike other systems, the journeys you create are drag and drop, and it's very easy to see the different branches of a journey at a glance. What do you like best? Customer Support. Highly knowledgeable, and always helpful and been available to help me with every kind of question and scenario, both during and outside of my businesses hours. Great tool with excellent support

What do you like best? It's so easy to set up a customer journey visually and see exactly what I'm doing, and then test it. I haven't had the chance yet to explore all the various features but sure it'll do far more than I need. Also the live chat has been a godsend when I've been working on it in the middle of the night and I can't get something to work, they've held my hand and taken me through everything step by step. Autopilot Newbie - Very satisfied!

What do you like best? The journey canvas is brilliant! It actually inspires the entire team to get involved throughout the process by offering a user-friendly space for fun, creativity and productivity. I love that you we can add notes and ideas right on the canvas and we can all be part of the journey as it unfolds. What do you dislike? One of my favorite tools ever

What do you like best? Wonderful tool, easy to use, intuitive, great design, so many features and great customer service. What do you dislike? Never had any trouble and nothing particular I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am automating the sales funnel implementing emails, sms and integrated services. The main benefit is a sales machine that works even when I am sleeping.
