I am writing this review on my experience as a brand new Dropshipper and on how I personally rate AutoDS. It is Asked on a couple of criteria: 1. Customer Support 2. Ease of use/navigate 3. Training on product platform 4. Training on Dropshipping 5. Content The highest for each category is 5 as the highest rating and 1 as the lowest. So 25 is the perfect score 1. The team at AutoDS is always available and has always been able to help with my issues. They are great with new users and work with them until the customer is satisfied and the issue is resolved.

I was having problems with keeping my pricing up to date.
I was having a problem with keeping my pricing up to date, the prices were going back to cost and below and each time I repriced them to show my markup, they would again change to the cost price. Auto DS was very helpful in finding the cause, there was a search engine in my account keeping track of my items that was not authorized. They showed me how to delete them and continue with just Auto DS searching. This was a relief because the problem caused me to cancel on sales because each sale ...
