Reliability and ease of use
I have been using this service for almost a month and it has worked well. If the chat bot assistant can't help, a human can be spoken to and you get a reply quite quickly. The integration with eBay and Amazon has been reliable and any errors I have run into, the system messages have helped me resolve, they're quite clear.
