I was charged 29$ for a package I didnt want and canceled immediately after use (it is important to note that it was listed that the cost should have been 0$ for the first week) I talked to Krissy and we found a creative way because she can not give a refund. I had some issues with AutoDS and was considering in cancelling my subscription.…
I had some issues with AutoDS and was not happy at all. However, Carmela addressed my concerns and assured me that everything was fixed. Carmela seemed to be concerned about my problems and took an interest in addressing them. Hopefully everyting in the future will be good.
