Customer Service and Online Chat
In all honesty I was ready to leave AUTODS because of the customer service response time. When you are in the middle of working and time is of the essence the last thing you want or need is to wait 24 hours or longer to figure out your next step. So bringing on a chat session has been heavenly and for this reason I am staying with AUTODS. It's made my work so much easier. Thank you!!!
